Being a Technical Support and Customer Service intern, I was place in ESD where the activities are under the supervision of a supervisor. Due to the confidential and sensitive activities. The 2 months of the internship were very important as per the activities are perform being apart. Tripureshwor. Pvt. Ltd. has provided me different activities and responsibilities. I completed every task efficiently and effectively. There was no such specific task assign to us, but whatever comes in front we allowed tackling. The problem and giving our extra effort to get appropriate result.

IT is the area of managing technology and spans a wide variety of areas that include but are not limited to things such as process, computer software, information system, computer hardware, programming languages, and data constructs. In short, anything that renders data, information or perceive knowledge in any visual format whatsoever, via any multimedia distribution mechanism, is consider part of the IT domain.

Objective of Intern

The Objectives of Internships are:

  1. Learn the overall processes and functions of ESC.
  2. Create a good relationship with customers and staff.
  3. To learn about the uses of information systems in the Nepalese organization and finally developed a system to test our professionalism.
  4. Develop a system that will enhance helps in problem-solving and decision making.
  5. Explore the theoretical knowledge into the real environment.
  6. Understand the actual workflow in East Link Technology Pvt. Ltd.
  7. Provide opportunities for interns to make social adjustments and to develop the ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and supervision.
