About Project

Complaint register system in NodeJs is developed using Node, CSS, bootstrap, and JavaScript. Talking about the project, it contains an admin where he controls the whole system, user student side for making complaints and worker side for dealing with complaints. The Admin plays an important role in the management of this system. In this project, the user has to perform all the main functions from the Admin side.

About System

Talking about the features of the complaint register system in nodejs, it allows the students to register to themselves and file a complaint. Also, the students can choose the type of service they want to complain about. Once their complaint sends, the admin assigns it the proper workmen. The worker side consists of a list of problems and the type of service they have to provide. They simply can tick the fix option and send the report to the admin.

Talking about the admin panel, the admin has full access to the system. He/she can manage the whole system.

Design of this project is pretty simple so that the user won’t find any difficulties while working on it. Complaint Register System in NodeJs helps the student in managing the hostel materials. How To Run??

After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps

1st Step: Extract file
2nd Step: Copy the main project folder
3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/

Now Connecting Database

4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”
5th Step: Then, click on the databases tab
6th Step: Create a database naming “db_backup” and then click on the import tab
7th Step: Click on browse file and select “db_backup.sql”.
8th Step: Click on go.
