This project is developed using VB.NET. From this program, the user can easily calculate the monthly payments on loan using the terms of 3 years through 5 years & Interest rates of 5% to 10%. The payments displayed can also be printed through the program. The user just has to input the amount and click on Calculate button, then the program takes a second to display the results and from the program, the user can also open Calculator, Notepad and MS Paint from the Tools bar. This simple program is easy to operate and understand by the users.
