Nowadays lots of people are being computerized day by day. Most of the jobs need a basic knowledge of computers. Because today’s system is changed. Data and information are collected on a computer. We have seen it in our daily time. People do not use the registration book to collect information from patients. They collect it in a computer so that it will be safe for years. No chances of damage, loose data or bundle of books for searcing data and information. This “Medical Appointment” system is the system that will help the medical employee for the safety of their patient’s data and information.

This system will make easy to collect the information and so when needed to search the patient’s contact numbers. This system make an appointment between the doctor and the patients. It is a web-based application. The application is implemented in PHP and MYSQL. Continuously, consists of one main component Admin side.  Firstly, the employee will collect the information of the patients.

Secondly, the employee will manage the doctor they need for the treatment with the date. This system has its calender so that the employee will make the appointment correct. Eventually, the employee can delete update the patient’s data or the doctors. An employee will add the patients and the doctor’s information. So that they can easily make an appointment between doctors and the patients.

Admin Login Details for username: admin password: admin. For the database connection first, you need to create the database named bookmedik.sql in the localhost/phpmyadmin/ and then you can import the database which is found bookmedik.sql  file.
