“Airline Reservations System” is the online system which will help customer to reserve seats of the airlines. Nowadays, the airline is been in use very frequently. This makes people faster to travel. People travel the world in an hour. so this system makes the changes in their life to. This system will make the customer reserve seats if they want to. Firstly, in the 1960s the Global Distribution System airline industry created as a way to keep track of flight schedules, availability, and prices.
They select the flight which they want and can search for the seat. It is the way to evolve into the Computer Reservations System. The airlines realized that by automating the reservation process for travel agents, they could make the travel agents more productive. Continuously, it turns into an extension of the airline’s sales force. The Internet is the backbone of this system. It develops a system for the management of airlines. This will perform all the functions with a click of the mouse buttons.
It is the system that has good management of data along with integrity and minimizing redundancy. A system that will be user-friendly in all possible ways. Provide better customer support for passengers. During test planning, we decide what an important defect is by reviewing the requirements and design documents with an eye towards answering the question “Important to whom?” Generally speaking, an important defect is one that from the customer’s perspective affects the usability or functionality of the application.
Eventually, this system is been tested too and it gives a good result. Multi-user Interface can be added to this system. Prepared for future growth it determines, it would replace open skies airline reservation system.
