About Project

Simple Payroll System project is developed using VB.NET. The Project is based on the concept of calculating total salary with various deductions. Talking about the project, it does not contain any login system. This means the user can use the system without any restriction. In order to calculate the total salary of an employee, a user has to provide the employee’s name, a rate per hour, hour per day and number of days worked. After entering all these fields, the system calculates his/her payroll and displays total Gross Salary and Net salary with deductions such as 15% TAX, 5% Philhealth, and 2 %SSS. This whole system is just for calculating the salary of an employee.

There are no such CRUD functions in this simple mini-project. In order to change the values of deductions, he/she has to open the source code and edit there. This system is simply based on small office and organization. Talking about the GUI Part, it is so simple that the user won’t find any difficulties while working on it. Simple Payroll System project helps the user for easy calculation of an employee’s salary with certain deductions. This project is easy to operate and understood by the users.
