This project is developed using VB.NET. Here, the user can add, view, edit, and remove patient records. All the patient’s number are set automatically by the system, the user just has to enter the patient’s name, age, birth year, gender and location. Daily patient records can be maintained easily through this system. The system also displays the IP Address of the user’s current computer with Computer’s Name and System Information with RAM. This project is easy to operate and understood by the users.
