The feedback System in C# is based on the concept to manage the ratings of the canteen as per their food quality, cleanliness, staff, price, and so on. This project is for calculating the overall ratings of the canteen’s food and staff. This can also be a beneficial project for the restaurant and hotels to find out their standing in the market. The user can enter their address as required and select the ratings for each field provided.

About the Project

This Feedback system project is written in the C# programming language. Talking about the features of this system, this C# application is designed so you can provide ratings in the given field accordingly, then calculate the total ratings of each field in charts. Moreover, the system can also import or export the rating files as per the need. The system handles every type of exception. Also, the user can sort the rating list as per their need and view the data of canteen ratings.

Here, the project has a customer side for entering the feedback and an admin side for calculating the feedback. And the user has to log in first to enter the admin section.

Also, the design of this system is pretty simple so that the user won’t get any difficulties while working on it.
