The College Management System is a simple project for keeping records of students, teachers, subjects, schedules, and all the college-related things. The project contains the user and admin sides. The admin has to manage all the management like adding students’ or teachers’ details and view their information as per the need. Admin has an important role in the management of this system. This project makes a convenient way for any educational organization to keep records of their students and teachers.
About System
This College Management System is in PHP, javascript, and CSS. Talking about the features of this system, it contains the user and Admin section. From here, the admin can view all the records of the enrolled students and registered teachers. Also, you can edit or delete any details as per the requirements.
The design of this project is pretty simple so that the user won’t find any difficulties while working on it. This System in PHP helps in easy management of various records of the students.
How To Run The Project?
To run this project, you must have installed a virtual server i.e XAMPP on your PC (for Windows). This College Management System is in PHP with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!
After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps.
1st Step: Extract file
2nd Step: Copy the main project folder
3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/
4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”
5th Step: Then, click on the databases tab
6th Step: Create a database naming “imperial_college” and then click on the import tab
7th Step: Click on browse file and select “imperial_college.sql” file which is inside the “Database” folder
8th Step: Click on go.
After Creating Database,
9th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/College-Management-System/” For the project demo, you can look at the video below:

Also, there is no report section. If we want to take the attendance report students including all subjects, how can we do this? Please update this project.
