Career Information Maintenance is a project developed for National Engineering Corporation. The main concept is to computerize the users’ profile and conduct online interviews. By using this system we can save time and work involved in employing people to the jobs posted. For this, a separate section named placement cell is maintaine by the company which involves in selecting the right person for the right job. As there will be more one person posting for a single job online tests can be conducte for the users at a time and all the users will able to get the results within no time. So this system of implementation can be follow by any company.

The placement cell has a list of jobs being display for registered and unregistered users. The job seekers can not only view the jobs but also can post and take online tests for that job. So the people who get qualified and have the right skills are employed. By this, the company can select the right employees and not disturb their other activities.
