The Library System In PHP is a simple project developed using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. The project contains an admin and user side. The admin side manages all the management like adding and managing categories, authors, books, issued books, and so on. The admin has an important role in the management of this library system.
For the user section, the users can log in as a student or a teacher if they already had an account, otherwise, he/she has to fill up the signup form to register as a student or even a teacher. The student can edit their owns profile and can go through details of issued books and their returning status. This project makes a convenient way for students and the library to keep the records of books, borrowing and returning of books.
About system
This Library System is in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. Talking about the features of this system, it contains the admin section and the user (student, teacher) section. All the editings, updating, managing books, authors, and students are from the admin section. The design of this system is pretty simple so that the user won’t get any difficulties while working on it.
How To Run The Project?
To run this project, you must have installed a virtual server i.e XAMPP on your PC (for Windows). This Library System is in PHP with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!
After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps.
1st Step: Extract file
2nd Step: Copy the main project folder
3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/
4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”
5th Step: Then, click on the databases tab
6th Step: Create a database naming “project” and then click on the import tab
7th Step: Click on browse file and select “project.sql” file which is inside the “SQL” folder
8th Step: Click on go.
After Creating Database,
9th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “ http://localhost/Lms/Source/librarian/user/index.php ”
For admin panel, go to URL” http://localhost/Lms/Source/librarian”

Also Im getting some errors when I logged as an admin. That also in header.php. Pls help if you can

Nice simple design but some bugs. Cannot add books.student page no log out button. books display not showing the link to the pdf book file. If you can fix these problems it will be a nice program.
